The Planetarium
The Jardin des sciences Planetarium is a purpose-built immersive theatre featuring a 15-metre dome screen tilted at 18 degrees, 360° projection and an astronomical simulation system. It offers a fully immersive journey through space, from planets to stars and distant galaxies.

La Pokop – Paul Collomp performance venue
Open to all audiences, La Pokop is a performance venue dedicated to student creativity, emerging artists and new talent (music, theatre, and more), just a short walk from the Esplanade campus. It is jointly run by the university’s Cultural Activities Office (Service universitaire de l’action culturelle – SUAC) and the Regional Centre for University and Student Services (Centre régional des œuvres universitaires et scolaires – Crous).

La Cryogénie: a space for research and creation in the arts
Located in the gardens of the Palais universitaire, this interdisciplinary research space is jointly managed by the Faculty of Arts and the Cultural Activities Office. It offers a 73 m² space dedicated to developing and presenting artistic research across different disciplines.

The Studium
The Studium is both a library and a student space. This student hub hosts exhibitions as well as cultural and social events for the university community and the wider public.

University libraries
The 23 university libraries form a network that plays a key role in the cultural life of the University of Strasbourg. In addition to their collections and resources, they offer a range of exhibitions, talks, workshops and events in collaboration with university faculties, services and local partners.

The Centre for Digital Culture
The Centre for Digital Culture (Centre de culture numérique – CCN) is a space dedicated to digital discovery, awareness and training. Through workshops, training sessions, talks and events, its team helps develop digital skills and practices across the university. The centre also supports digital project developers by providing technical expertise and support with equipment.

The Maison des personnels
The Maison des personnels has been open to all staff at the University of Strasbourg since 2019. Across its five floors, it hosts training courses, sports, cultural and artistic activities organised by the Staff Social and Cultural Support Office (Service pour la promotion de l'action sociale – SPACS). There is also a shared kitchen available for staff.
