Overview
The League of European Research Universities (LERU) is an association of 24 European universities with a strong focus on research. It aims to influence European research policy and to develop best practices through collaboration and exchange among its members.
LERU is organised into different groups that work on shared priorities, develop strategies on specific topics and strengthen communication within the network and beyond. It also organises events and publishes notes and reports on key strategic issues. These publications provide practical recommendations for policymakers, universities, researchers and partners of LERU member institutions.
