Addiction support

You can access free, confidential support for a wide range of addictions, including alcohol, cannabis, synthetic substances, video games, social media and pornography. You can book an appointment via Doctolib with a nurse or doctor from the Student Health Office (Service de santé étudiante – SSE) to talk things through. As part of the Consultations jeunes consommateurs (CJC), you can also meet with a psychologist specialising in addiction from the association de prévention en addictologie Alt.

Talk to peer supporters

You can also speak with trained student peer supporters specialising in addiction (relais addicto). Trained by the Ithaque association and the university's Student Health Office, they can provide information, including on ways to reduce risks, and guide you towards the right services and support.

Find information and resources

Across campus, you’ll find self-service points run by trained student peer supporters. You can pick up free supplies (condoms, breathalysers, earplugs, etc.) and information leaflets on substances and safer practices.

Want to quit smoking?

Students and staff have access to consultations with tobacco specialists and support to cut down or quit smoking altogether.
