The Quality and Continuous Improvement Road Map sets out the guidelines defined by the University of Strasbourg to improve its performance in all its activities, for the benefit of everyone.

The objective of the University of Strasbourg’s quality and continuous improvement approach

The University of Strasbourg's quality and continuous improvement approach reflects its pursuit of excellence. The aim of this approach is to improve the working environment for staff while also improving services for students, academic partners, local organisations and financial supporters.

The four pillars of the University of Strasbourg's quality and continuous improvement approach

  • Promoting the quality-approach mindset and the use of continuous improvement tools: training and raising awareness among all members of the university to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Initiating and supporting meaningful institutional change: implementing national or local programmes to drive quality and continuous improvement in targeted areas
  • Making the most of digital tools to review and improve practices: optimising, simplifying and digitising processes that involve a large number of users and/or have significant room for improvement due to high volumes of documents
  • Developing steering and monitoring tools to support continuous improvement: Providing the data and indicators needed to guide, assess and drive continuous improvement efforts

Each pillar is supported by priority actions and projects, alongside a wide range of initiatives led across the university.
