Description du contenu de l'enseignement

Objectives in terms of knowledge, course content :
Strategies for high throughput sequencing, RNA-seq. Identification of genes or molecular alterations involved in physiology and pathology. Multi-omics approaches
Proteomics: principles and applications of proteomics, quantitative mass spectrometry, Bioinformatic tools for the treatment of high throughput proteomic data, characterization of proteins and complexes, supramolecular MS, exchanges hydrogen/deuterium, ionic mobility, post-translational modifications. Identification of proteins involved in pathologies
Other molecular and cellular High-throughput sscreening trategies, screening platforms.
 

Compétences à acquérir

Objectives in terms of skills :

To master high throughput technologies including the omics (analyses of RNA and proteins) as well as cellular and pharmacological screenings.
To understand high throughput technologies.
To be able to present a scientific article in biology that contains high throughput approaches
