Description du contenu de l'enseignement
The aim of this course is to introduce students to international HRM major issues, such as international assignment conditions, management policies in a multicultural context and career development in international companies and to link this knowledge to the students’ own professional projects.

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to
- (level 1) Identify major HRM systems and their main challenges in an international context
- (level 4) Differentiate international from domestic challenges and HR practices
- (level 1) Recognize problems inherent to IHRM to prepare them to work efficiently in an international context
- (level 4) Point out the most appropriate HRM practises in an international context
